Yongnuo has a new YN43 smartphone camera module coming soon. Specifications and pricing are not available yet, but the sensor appears to be 4/3, while the lens mount looks like Canon EF-S. There is already an iOS app available for the YN43. Other companies have made similar products in the past, but they are all gone now including Sony’s which was basically a mini RX100.
