Gariz’s half case for the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II is now available on Amazon in Black and Brown. This case also supports their sling system (Black and Brown), which I have used before and it works very well.
Olympus tweaked the sound of the OM-D E-M1 Mark II shutter a little, which will help when shooting in quite places like churches.
