I have been following Ted Forbes at The Art of Photography pretty much since he started the channel and he’s a great resource on youtube for general photography knowledge. His AF fix is an obvious one and pretty funny, but doesn’t really address the issue for everyone. If you have a passion for photography he’s worth a follow.
